Rosemary describes herself as a confident speaker and communicator, able to translate strategic concepts into reality through close coordination with management teams, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
She is a passionate advocate of exceptional customer service with the drive to meet the needs of customers in terms of value, quality, and benefits and clients have described her as an accomplished and technically minded professional with extensive experience in leading organisational transformations in the public, private, and not for profit sectors.
She always strives to demonstrated expertise and skills in managing environments to improve quality/efficiency and customer relations of the organisation and is adept at hiring teams and managing professional development to create highly effective teams, while aligning internal processes and executing best practice to meet business needs.
Throughout the ITSM industry, she is recognised as an exceptional service management trainer and consultant, capable of delivering IT service management training and business-focussed consultancy at all levels.
She is also very community minded, having held voluntary positions as the Chair of itSMF UK and itSMF International.
